I am a junior at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) double majoring in Electrical & Computer Engineering and Robotics Engineering. I am a dedicated student and have found my academic niche in Electrical/Computer Engineering, but I also enjoy working on my creative projects in my free time.
Highlighting recent projects I'm proud of.
Building systems from the ground up incorperating circuits, code, and everything in between.
TrActor is a low-cost wearable Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) tracking system that digitally records actors' movements, providing a live stage map to improve collaboration, interface with technical systems, and replace traditional paper notes for production teams.
Designed and implemented a terminal-based Tamagotchi game in C, with terminal based input/output support and a Makefile. This game operates on a Finite State Machine.
Designed a four-function calculator in Verilog on an FPGA, implementing arithmetic logic, display drivers, and input handling in Verilog, a hardware description language.
C++ implementation on a Pololu Romi platform: kinematics, complementary filter for sensor fusion (gyro + accelerometer), AprilTag-based navigation, and PID motor control.
Rapid prototyping project combining CAD, 3D printing, and mechanical design to produce a functional mechanical device, a stand-mixer like device with the purpose of streamlining the making of Fufu, a West African dish.
Building upon years of experience in theatre and archiving previous productions, along with other creative hobbies.
Stage managed a WPI club production of Alice by Heart, coordinating ~60 people across all production departments through rehearsals and performance run.
WPI HUA Practicum production. Managed rehearsal room and production for Oscar Wilde's classic, overseeing three ASMs and multiple technical departments through a 4-month process.
Designed lighting for E.B. Lee's 8 Minutes Left. Created full lighting plots in Vectorworks, programmed ETC EOS console, and coordinated with directors and designers on visual intent.
Stage managed a ~70-person production, facilitating communication between cast, designers, and technical crew throughout the full production process. This show remains my favorite production I have ever been a part of.
Archive of past theatre experience, including roles as student director, stage manager, and lighting designer across multiple productions.
I'm Delia, a student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute double majoring in Electrical & Computer Engineering and Robotics Engineering. I've been around technology my entire life and fell in love with computers at a young age.
My engineering work spans embedded systems, robotics, and low-level programming. My Robotics Engineering degree has deepened my knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and software domains — and I'm actively expanding into PCB design and power systems.
I've been doing theatre for almost 15 years, starting at age 6. I primarily stage manage — which means managing projects at 60+ people scale, coordinating interdisciplinary teams under tight deadlines. I also do lighting design and producing. Theatre has genuinely shaped how I think about systems, communication, and execution under pressure.
Currently, I am in the process of completing my undergraduate degree, and evaluating if graduate school is right for me. I'm looking for a future role where technical depth and collaborative leadership can coexist, which allows me to be innovative and creative, at the forefront of new technology.
